NEFER brings together independent brands. Each one sends its own pieces straight from its studio — here's what that means for your order.
Shipping
- Shipped by the brand itself
- Every brand on NEFER packs and ships its own pieces. An order with pieces from two brands arrives as two parcels.
- Follow each parcel
- Your order page in your account shows the status of every parcel separately, with tracking as soon as the brand adds it.
- Delivery times
- Delivery times differ per brand and shipping method.
Returns
- 14 days to change your mind
- You can withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.
- Start a return from your account
- Once an order is marked delivered, open it in your account, choose the pieces and tell us why. You can follow the return there too.
- Condition
- Pieces go back in their original condition and packaging.
- Refunds
- Your refund is processed within 14 days of the return arriving.
